A custom wooden swing bench, built to order
I built this swing bench for a client who wanted something different from what you find already assembled in stores: a structure of their own, built to their measurements, for a spot by the sea.
The idea was simple: a swing bench with an A-frame structure, a lattice roof for some shade, and a comfortable slatted seat for sitting a good while. All in natural wood, treated to withstand the sun and humidity of a coastal setting.
I assembled the whole structure piece by piece: first the two A-frames that hold the whole thing together, then the lattice roof screwed on top, and finally the seat hung with chain so it swings smoothly.
The result is a solid, stable piece, built for everyday outdoor use. This kind of custom job — outdoor furniture, wooden structures, made-to-order carpentry — is part of what I do regularly in Málaga and the surrounding area.
